 Harry Wallop sings from my hymn sheet in his forecast for shopping in the Noughties.  I cut this out of the Daily Telegraph at the beginning of the year and a blown up copy hangs in the Twice office.   Slowly but surely quality will outshine quantity in this mixed up world of ours.
