It's always rewarding to get feedback from customers and I was really pleased to receive this email today from Mrs L: "I just want to thank you for responding so promptly to my request for posting my daughter's birthday gift 'yesterday'. (I had left it rather late to order) I didn't think that was possible, but seemingly it was - because the parcel arrived the following day! And that was the day before....She loved her fragrant soaps and the dish ... has found a home in her lovely kitchen. Thank you again for your customer care - a rarity these days." Happy to be of service!
